Scale World 2009 is fully booked! All space for vendors and clubs has been reserved.
If you still want to attend as a vendor or a club you can still register
but space may only be available when cancelations occur on the day of the show!
If you wish to attend KMK Scale World as a vendor or a club and you are in need of table space, please fill in the form.
Once your reservation has been received our staf will contact you. So please leave a valid email address!
KMK cannot provide you with extension cords or lights. If you need these you must bring your own!
We remind you that you should respect both European and Belgian laws related to sales of products and taxes.
The organization cannot be held responsible for vendors not following the applicable European and Belgian laws.
The organizing club cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
